The Role
We are looking for highly motivated individuals with a strong passion for finance and sales to join our training program. You should have demonstrated problem solving and communication skills.
Your career will begin in our Analytics department, where you will gain a comprehensive training on our products and services, our clients, as well as insight into the global financial markets. By consulting our clients, assisting with their use of the Bloomberg Professional® Service, and demonstrating the advantage our products can give them, you will develop the knowledge and skills needed to progress in your career at Bloomberg.
Starting as a generalist you will then specialise in one of four market areas: Fixed Income, Equities, FX /Commodities or Derivatives. In addition to leadership opportunities, other career paths may include further market specialisation or a position within our Sales department. You will gain the opportunity to build relationships, support and sell the suite of market leading solutions we provide to our high-level clients.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required
-Strong interest in the financial markets
-The desire and flexibility to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Multi-tasking skills
-Ability to work well under pressure
-Strong problem solving skills
-Team player
-Fluency in a second European language is a necessity - French, German, Italian, Spanish or Turkish
-Interest in technology is a plus
