Sitel is looking for a Finnish & Swedish speaking person to provide high quality phone and e-mail support for our client – a highly successful international gaming company. Do you speak and write fluent Finnish and Swedish? Then you are probably the perfect candidate to provide support for our client’s customers.

The gaming company is rapidly expanding and is on its way to become internationally known in the gaming industry. The website comprises slot machines, casino games, betting, bingo, lotteries, poker and several amusement games.

Your primary tasks:

• Helping the customers regarding their gaming account
• Answering questions about the games, campaigns etc.
• Payments
• Log customer data in Siebel

Your qualifications:

• Good communication skills and fluency in Finnish & Swedish both verbal and written
• A solid working knowledge of English and an additional Nordic language will be an advantage
• Experience working in a call centre
• Good customer service skills and a positive attitude
• A clean criminal record, as you’ll be handling money transfers
