Our Client based in Dublin North City Centre is looking to recruit an experienced Revenue Assurance Coordinator

Job Role
Supporting the management with reporting on all aspects of a receivables portfolio, as a Revenue Assurance Coordinator you will provide effective monitoring, planning and control of reports, as well as analysis and presentation of recommendations for action plans.
Responsibilities
• Performing monthly analysis on receivables balances by ageing bucket as a percentage of original billing
• Identifying trends and graphing days in outstanding receivables to assist managers in focusing on problem markets and taking corrective action
• Performing monthly write-off analysis to identify markets and entities with abnormal write-offs to identify and develop solutions
• Performing monthly and quarterly analysis of collectors activity, for example total number of call hours verses total available call hours, number of accounts called etc. to ensure productivity is uniformly monitored for productivity review and bonus calculations
• Preparing analysis of reserve for bad debt balance to flag problem accounts for escalation, as well as explaining variances
• Performing quarterly analysis on performance of debt referral agencies and presenting findings and recommendations to ensure the best possible results when referring debt to external agencies
• Reviewing aged credit reports to identify significant items over 60 days and recommending corrective action
• Improving technical platforms to execute and distribute automatic reports



Experience/Skills/Qualifications
• Third level academic qualification - Accountancy and IT preferred
• A comprehensive knowledge of Oracle Business and Practices would be an advantage
• Demonstrable experience in accounts receivable
• Good knowledge of MS products, HTML, Java, SQL and PL / SQL
• Process mapping and data modelling abilities
