Are you motivated to provide high quality support on behalf of an international acknowledged company? Sitel is currently looking for two Danish & Icelandic speaking candidate with IT flair to provide phone and e-mail support for our client - a company with a strong international brand. You will take responsibility of the customer’s request. It comes natural to you to deliver professional service and live up to desired customer experience.
Your qualifications:
We require that you have customer service experience in a Call Centre/Helpdesk environment. It is required that you have outstanding oral and written language skills in Danish, Icelandic and English. It will be an advantage if you speak an additional Nordic language. You have excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude and a high stress level. You have a personal interest within IT and technology.
Your primary tasks:
• Supporting customer requests
• Accurate routing/hand off to other services/teams as appropriate.
• To log timely and accurate customer data.
• Ensure that customers are aware of, and can take advantage of, all relevant customer offerings, resources & services

A full-time position (37 hours per week) Monday to Friday where we will provide you the necessary products and customer service training so you can achieve great results.
